Booking terms and conditions:-

1) The tariff mentioned for houseboat cruise is per day and for the number of persons mentioned for DELUXE TYPE houseboats  
2) Additional person are chargeable as per details below 
    # Children below 5 years of age are complimentary  
    # Charges for children between the age 6 – 12 years is INR 750 (with all meals and extra mattress) 
    # Charges for extra adult ( Above 12 years) is INR 1250 (with all meals and extra mattress)  
3) Check in time: 12 Noon and Check out time 9.00 AM for cruise and overnight plan 
4) Air -Condition is available only in bedrooms & will be operated from 9.00 PM to 7:00 AM for deluxe houseboats 
5) Operator is not responsible for late arrivals for check-in to houseboat and check-out time is 9:00 AM as per normal schedule  
6) Meals on board are as per fixed food menu and is included in the Houseboat tariff  
(i.e, Tariff is inclusive of welcome drink, lunch - veg / non-veg, evening tea/snacks & dinner - veg / non-veg and next day breakfast)
7) Kindly confirm us your meal preference (Veg or Non – veg) at the time of booking. Please also inform us in advance if there is any food allergies or restrictions for any person  
8) The menu doesn’t include any beverages (except mineral water). Please procure it before boarding the houseboats. Prior arrangements will save your time
9) Houseboats are electrified by batteries and generators while on cruise and is connected to grid power when the boat is anchored during the evening. Electricity available is D.C current. You have options to charge your mobiles, lap tops, shavers etc. To reduce and save energy, turn off the switches in bed rooms, if you are not using any of them  
10) The houseboats will be anchored by the lakeside / riverbanks by 5:30 PM. Night cruises are not allowed as per government norms. The boat is stationary during the night time. The cruise commence next day at 7:30 AM 
11) Charges for houseboat check-in from Kumarakom resorts/ hotels is additional INR 2000 per boat  
12) For confirmation of houseboat booking full payment has to be made before check-in date

Booking terms and conditions:-

1) The cab usage for sightseeing is from 8 AM to 8 PM
2) Please avoid night driving at hill stations, Nature reserve/ designated national parks
3) The starting and ending KM will be informed by the driver
4) The cab is parked at the safe premises of accommodation booked by guest
5) Driver uses the facilities at hotels/ accommodation booked by guest for refreshing and sleeps in the cab. If no such facility is available at the accommodation booked then the vehicle is taken to the nearest and safe parking facility. The KM thus used will be added to the total KM
blocked for the trip.
5) Any national park entry fee or sightseeing spot entry fee for travellers or vehicle is not generally part of a cab quote
6) The cab person is knowledgeable about sightseeing places at the destinations and would provide general guidance about the sightseeing options but he donot offer the service of an accredited guide
7) The cab quote that is provided is tentative.Vehicle is subject to availability and receipt of payment.
